Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products. I take extra care in the consultation to ensure you are happy with your order before I go ahead. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
